MG-66 The Andrew J. Steinman Collection, 1833-1937

Description: Contains the personal and business papers of the Steinman family. Andrew J. was a lawyer. His wife was the daughter of John M. Hale, also a lawyer, and the collection includes some of his correspondence. Most of the collection is legal records and correspondence of Andrew J. There is also a daybook for the John F. Steinman Hardware Store, 1811-1819.
