Dear Mr. Yeates

I received your favour by Mr. Gibson. I think there is nothing but roguery through the world at present.   Mrs. Willis has found a parcel of her cloathes in the hands of Mrs. Frig the brewer’s wife   I did not hear the particulars.   We expect fine divertion in the next paper’s concerning this same spectulating horse, Henry, Shaftner, & some more are to be brought in.   I could wish our Friend may be able to justify his conduct.   I earnestly long for the happiness of your company which grows more dear to me every day I live.   All the family are well, the children join me in our love to you   I remain

                                                        my dear Mr. Yeates

                                                                      Your affectionate & dutiful

                                                                                                  Sarah Yeates
