Lancaster City and County Directories, 1843-1922

Thanks to the support of a Library Services and Technology Act grant, we have digitized city and county residential and commercial directories in our collection from 1843 to 1914. These directories list residents in the city and the county by name and street address and can help locate people on an annual basis and additionally list businesses and professionals. These directories are a heavily used resource and we are pleased to be able to offer them online.
