Come see what's I bloom this spring at the next "Martinis in the Mansion" Wednesday, April 14, 2010 from 6 to 8 pm at 16th President James Buchanan's Wheatland, 1120 Marietta Avenue, Lancaster, PA. Explore the Wheatland that James Buchanan knew, chat with friends, stroll the lush gardens and grounds, accompanied by the sounds of Ron Barnett's Jazz Trio. Celebrate spring with a special martini "Lemon Thyme Vodka Martini" or the "Cucumber Mint Gin Martini" or choose from an assortment of wine and beer provided by Lancaster Brewing Co. Heavy hors d'oeuvres and other culinary delights provided by chef Ed Dodds and sous chefs of YTI Career Institute in Lancaster. Stop by Buchanan's library and have a chat with "The President," chat with the servants, chat with your friends and make new ones.
