Otherwise, callers may leave a voicemail with the automated attendant and a staff member will call you back at the next available opportunity. Callers can either use the Staff Directory in our automated attendant, or dial the staff member’s direct extension which is listed beneath their photos below.
Wish to bypass the automated attendant and speak to a staff member directly? As soon as the attendant says hello, you may dial the extension of the staff member immediately. You do not need to wait for the attendant to finish the entire opening message.
