Our Lancaster Campus of History is brimming with history to be explored and analyzed by curious minds. Bring your student group on a customized field trip led by our team of passionate museum educators.
Doing a project or homework assignment on Lancaster County’s history? Use our interactive digital content, including timelines and digital exhibits, to learn more about the important people, events, and dates in Lancaster County’s history.
National History Day offers students a special opportunity to do historical research, and our Lancaster Campus of History contains an archive of more than 2 million primary source documents, a library with thousands of scholarly books and materials, a world-class object collection, and a team of experts.
LancasterHistory.org offers a variety of internships that provide experience in a vibrant, professional setting at the Lancaster Campus of History. Internships are available in the spring, summer, and fall, and are awarded through a competitive application process. Internships at LancasterHistory.org are unpaid, but may be coordinated with the applicants’ college or university to provide internship educational credit.
