Want to visit Wheatland but unable to travel due to distance or current circumstances? LancasterHistory is excited to announce our new Wheatland Virtual Tours! Join us on an hour-long, virtual tour of the historic halls and rooms of President James Buchanan’s Wheatland. A knowledgeable tour guide will lead you, virtually and in real-time, through both floors of the mansion. Attendees will learn about James Buchanan, his family, and his presidency during one of the most fraught eras of American history.

Tours are available Thursdays and Saturdays at 10am and 1pm from October 22 through November 14. To view and select different dates and times, please select the “Other Dates” and “Other Times” links above. Please note: This is a virtual tour, not an in-person tour. Tours are facilitated through Zoom.

Tours are $15/computer connection. LancasterHistory members receive 20% off their connection.
