Scope and Content Note:  This collection contains the grand opening program, a booklet giving the life story of Baron Stiegel, a table setting from the opening night of the Baron Stiegel Room, hotel letterhead and menus from Yonnie’s, a Pennsylvania Dutch restaurant at the hotel, and architectural plans.
