LancasterHistory’s friends and supporters are invited to enjoy a night of food, fun, and fellowship at the magnificent, historic Excelsior Lancaster, as we celebrate our successes and look toward a promising future. The Excelsior Lancaster, steeped in history, began its life as the Sprenger Brewery in 1852 and continues today as a premiere event space. Come celebrate Lancaster County’s history with us on Thursday, June 13 at the Excelsior Lancaster! The Annual Dinner proceeds benefit the education and public programs of LancasterHistory.

The event will begin on Thursday, June 13 with cocktails in the Garden Courtyard at 6pm, followed by dinner and dessert at 7pm in the Grande Salon. At 8pm, Dr. Thomas R. Ryan, President & CEO of LancasterHistory, will make remarks. At 8:30pm, join us for a brief, live auction with the help of talented auctioneer Jessica Shaub to help raise even more funds for LancasterHistory!

MEAL OPTIONS
The evening will feature delicious hors d’oeuvres, a grilled peach salad, and a dinner option of either tenderloin of filet with pesto salmon pinwheels, with Argentinian chimichurri and horseradish cream sauce and roasted potatoes and broccolini on the side OR legume curry with jazmine rice (vegan). Dessert and coffee is also included. There will be an open bar throughout the evening.

RESERVATIONS
Tickets are available at the levels below. Each level is preceded by the name of said level (ex. “Catacomb Collaborator”), followed by the price per person. Each ticket includes admission to the event and dinner and dessert with open bar. The higher the level, the more support you give to LancasterHistory. Seating is not assigned except for those who reserve a table sponsorship or are an event sponsor.

• Individual Ticket: $150/person
• Catacomb Collaborator: $250/person
• Palatial Partner: $500/person
• History Maker: $750/person

You can also reserve a table for eight (8) by purchasing a table sponsorship for $1,500. Limited table sponsorship available and are first come, first serve by reservation.

A portion of each ticket level is tax deductible. For higher levels ($250 and up), an added benefit is attendees name(s) listed on the event program.
