Allegro at Wheatland: Haydn

Join Allegro Orchestra Lancaster on the lawn of President James Buchanan’s Wheatland for a sunset, summertime concert. Enjoy the sounds of Haydn’s Symphony No. 70, Coleman’s For a Beautiful Land, and more.

Kreider Farms ice cream will be available. Lawn chairs, blankets, and picnics are welcome. (Chairs are not provided, so definitely bring your own.) Please note on-site parking is limited. Street parking around the LancasterHistory campus and carpooling (if applicable) are encouraged.

The grounds open at 6:30pm and the concert begins at 7:30pm. Please note that this is an outdoor concert. In the event of rain, the concert will be held at the First United Methodist Church at Duke & Walnut Streets in Lancaster. If rain, the call to move indoors will be made at 10am the day of the concert.

TICKETS:

  • To attend in-person: $35 + service fee per person
  • To watch livestream virtually: $25 + service fee

Tickets are available for purchase on Allegro Orchestra Lancaster’s website at https://www.allegrolancaster.org/concerts. Tickets are not available through LancasterHistory.
