Experience the warmth and festivity of Yuletide at Wheatland with special evening, candlelight tours of President James Buchanan’s Wheatland. Yuletide at Wheatland will take visitors “below stairs” to hear the stories of Buchanan’s German and Irish domestic servants and learn how they would have celebrated the holidays in the mid-1800s.

Candlelight Tours of Yuletide at Wheatland is a unique opportunity for visitors to get their Yuletide at Wheatland experience by glow of candlelight. Tours are available on the half hour from 6 to 8pm (last tour at 7:30pm). Tickets are available for purchase online or by calling (717) 392-4633.
