Join us for Saturday Storytime! We’ll be reading a history-themed story and then have time for a creative craft. April’s Storytime will feature Pocket Full of Colors, a children’s book by Amy Guglielmo and Jacqueline Tourville (illustrated by Brigette Barrager), that tells the story of Mary Blair, a pioneering designer, illustrator, and animator at Walt Disney Studios. Afterwards, children will be able to put their own artistic flair on coloring pages designed by Lancaster’s Florence Starr Taylor.

This program broadens kids’ historical knowledge, and establishes museum literacy and critical thinking skills. The program is free, and registration is required to ensure we have craft supplies for everyone. Suggested for ages 12 and under.
