Description: Collection consists primarily of the annual reports of the Lancaster City Board of Health, 1898-1908. Each report gives names, addresses and burial site of those dying during the year, sometimes with death date. Separate lists give names of deceased by certain diseases. Includes many illness and death statistics. Included in the collection are 1886 Board of Health by-laws, ordinances, etc., and a cholera protection pamphlet.
