Description: This volume is dedicated to the trolley lines throughout Lancaster County. The newspaper clippings in the scrapbook cover trolley car accidents, collisions, and deaths during their period of use. Places mentioned include Ephrata, Columbia, New Holland, Millersville, Marietta, Akron, Rocky Springs, and Gettysburg. The switch from trolley cars to buses for public transportation is highlighted at the end of the volume. There are a few articles featuring the Conestoga Traction Company and a map of the trolley lines in the county.
